David Gillett, who has worked in practice for the past 22 years, working in Small, Medium and Large sized firms.

A Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants he is the Audit Engagement Partner of the firm.

David works closely with many Small to Medium sized businesses, and has much experience in working with family businesses assisting them with business challenges such as strategy and succession planning.

He has also built up experience in a number of areas, including the Retail, Hospitality and Motor sectors.

Tony Wallace, who having previously operated his own consultancy practice specialising in providing Financial Control solutions to SME’s is a partner of the firm.

Tony is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and is the firm’s Business Advisory Partner. As an experienced Financial Controller he has specific experience in the areas of Management Accounting, Budget/Business Planning, Cost control, Cash-flow & Finance raising.

Tony is uniquely positioned to provide this service to clients having worked as Financial Controller/Director in a variety of roles over the past 20 years for large Financial Institutions and SME’s in the Electronics/Software sector.

James Butler merged his firm Butler Lennon & Co with Gillett & Co in 2010 to form GBW. James is a specialist in the area of Insolvency & Corporate Recovery and has acted in both members & creditors liquidations.

James is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants & an Associate of the Certified Public Accountants Association. His other areas of expertise include the licensed trade, professional services, medical practitioners and succession planning for family owned businesses.
